From anywhere around Chicago:

Take I-294 to I-55 south.  Take I-55 to Interstate I-80.   Take I-80 east to Larkin Avenue, Hwy 7 (Mile Marker 130) North Exit.  Take Larkin Avenue north to Glenwood Avenue (fourth light), turn right.  Take Glenwood Avenue east to Wilcox.  Turn North (left) on Wilcox to the University (500 Wilcox), about 2 blocks.

or

Take I-294 to I-55 south.  Exit Weber Road (Mile Marker 263).  Turn left (south) onto Weber Road. Take Weber Road to Plainfield Road  (Route 30).  Turn left (east) onto Plainfield Road .  Take Plainfield Road to Wilcox Street. Turn right (south) onto Wilcox Street.  Continue on Wilcox Street one block to the University of St. Francis.
